I am an experienced HR Director with a track record in the commercial and public sectors  I work with people at the very top of their professions. 

I apply a unique blend of a people skills and experience to help out those in professional life.  My style is non judgmental and I apply a clear business focus, based on a wealth of experience. I have worked for twenty years with Freshfields, one of the most successful law firms in the world. For thirteen years I was the global HR director.  I initiated a number of innovative changes while maintaining the essential values of the business.
My relationship with the firm continues as Partner Development Consultant, and this freelance role gives me the opportunity to work outside the firm.  I have worked worldwide.

I help individuals find success: it is my hallmark.  I have a natural coaching style but will offer my opinions and advice too.
