Gina Jennings Gina specialises in professional and business development for both individuals and organisations. She delivers developmental training for lawyers at all stages of the profession and, with Harriet Creamer, focuses on helping individuals to achieve their full potential in the profession, whether in law firms, in-house, or at the Bar. Developmental training for small groups of senior lawyers to prepare them for partnership in a different range of firms and jurisdictions. This was modular training so that clients could, if they wished, choose only certain elements of the course to focus on; Gina Jennings read law at Bristol University and qualified as a barrister of Gray's Inn. She practised at the Bar for seven years before joining Freshfields as a research lawyer. She specialised in competition law for some years before moving on to tackle a number of management roles. She helped to develop the firm's website and was head of on-line legal services, helping to develop the use of extranets and bespoke client facing internet tools. In 2001, she became practice manager to the embryonic private equity sector group and, in 2004, became a consultant to the firm working on various management, training and legal projects. Gina was closely involved with the Centre for Corporate Governance at the London Business School for a number of years. She also has management experience of the health care sector and in schools, both private and state. With Harriet Creamer, she left Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2008, to set up Outer Circle, consultants to and troubleshooters for professional services firms.
