Gina JenningsGina Jennings

Gina specialises in professional and business development for both individuals and organisations. She delivers developmental training for lawyers at all stages of the profession and, with Harriet Creamer, focuses on helping individuals to achieve their full potential in the profession, whether in law firms, in-house, or at the Bar.

She has considerable experience of training at all levels of qualification and has most recently focussed on mid-level associate training and in training for those making the transition to partnership.

Her style adapts to the client and she focuses in helping lawyers to develop their innate knowledge and skills and to encourage them to think in a more lateral way about their abilities.

Gina works closely with Harriet Creamer and together they provide focussed help, advice and training to move lawyers on to the next stage of their careers in targeted way. This is usually achieved using career plans and associated action plans which clients use to build their professional future.
Examples of recent assignments include:

Developmental training for small groups of senior lawyers to prepare them for partnership in a different range of firms and jurisdictions. This was modular training so that clients could, if they wished, choose only certain elements of the course to focus on;
