The simple process that drives our highly professional service includes the following key elements: Clients who become aware of ItsMyLaw will be directed to the company web site which will provide you with information about our service and will give you the opportunity to speak directly to one of our consultants should you have any specific requirements to discuss.
Where appropriate, ItsMyLaw Consultants will arrange a face to face meeting to discuss the specifics of your current or potential requirement.
We are committed to taking time to understand the nature of your business and the culture of your organisation. We will spend time establishing the specific dynamics of different teams and management. The success of the service to our clients is based on a personalised career advisory service coupled with use of up to date technology to establish and locate the ideal candidate. In the same way that we ask lawyers to complete an on-line personal profile, we encourage clients to set out the core competencies of the desired hire, also in the form of a short on-line specification. We then match our client requirements against available lawyers (or those with projected availability), all of whom will have been fully screened and referenced. We will then forward available data and career information on the individuals to our clients for their consideration.
All formal administrative and other relevant documentation will be handled by ItsMyLaw Consultants in tandem with relevant HR and other managers within each client organisation. Where possible this will be automated to ease any unnecessary time pressures. Our Consultants will maintain close contact with both clients and contractors during the course of any assignment in order to minimize any issues that may arise. Once an assignment has been completed we will continue to keep in touch and will, request feedback in order to monitor our client response to the service. In this way ItsMyLaw can continue to maintain the level of service our clients can expect.
