Tim Cole

Tim is an experienced Legal HR Director. He works with partners and associates at the very top of the profession across Europe. 
He acts as a business mentor to lawyers who need advice along their careers.  Using a non judgmental style, he applies a clear business focus and realism to situations.    People find success with Tim, often by finding out what is really important for them.   He helps people navigate to a "good place". He finds that what he has been doing naturally throughout his career is now called "executive coaching" but regards the coach label something of a hindrance and has a freestyle client-led approach.  He identifies with the individualistic streak in lawyers, is adept at supporting insecure overachievers, and works through referrals and repeat business.
His market knowledge, his connections, and the grey hair he perfected in his twenty years at Freshfields enable him to offer:
